We're postponing the ACL/Revision system of the DB. Reason is it's additional load on the development and release of the beta along with the need to decide on what sort of system we need/want. There are various questions which need to be answered:

Groups based on evaluations of the users 'performance'?

Allow 'guests' to upload data?

Assign moderators/curators?

Continuous edits or limited (e.g. after 3 approvals, article is stored 'permanently)?

Strong control (improves quality, reduces speed of the process) or 'open' (possible lesser quality, a lot faster)?

Quality control of experiments based on the revision of the ACL?

Suggestions are more than welcome...
