Dirk Derom (together with Frank Gibson) is writing out a document on
quick terms for
OBI. This will allow for adding terms without being a full grown ontology developer. It's the next cool feature in ontology design, which will dramatically reshape the OBI. Ontology design is very interesting movement within the biomedical sciences, allowing to synchronize data sets across disciplines. It's what you could call a movement to bring those diversified scientific disciplines back together by creating a shared 'language'. Good stuff...
